Refund Policy

Because our products are research materials, we maintain a strict but fair returns policy.
All sales final
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened product for resale.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost shipments
If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact support and we will open a carrier investigation and make it right.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
